Arbor Bank does not charge for Arbor Mobile. Depending on the plan you have with your mobile service provider, you may incur charges when receiving a text or when accessing the internet. It is recommmended that you have an unlimited text and data plan to avoid additional service fees. (Message and Data rates may apply)
You must be enrolled in Online Banking to access Arbor Mobile. Each online banking user with login credentials can enroll one mobile device in Arbor Mobile.
- Go to our homepage and log into Online Banking.
- Within Online Banking, go to the 'Services' tab and choose 'Arbor Mobile'.
- Complete the enrollment process.
If you are not currently using Online Banking, click here to complete your enrollment online. You can also contact any banker to enroll or choose 'First-Time User' on our website homepage.
