Getting Started...
You must be enrolled in Online Banking to access Arbor Mobile. Each online banking user with login credentials can enroll one mobile device in Arbor Mobile.

  • Go to our homepage and log into Online Banking.
  • Within Online Banking, go to the 'Services' tab and choose 'Arbor Mobile'.
  • Complete the enrollment process.

If you are not currently using Online Banking, click here to complete your enrollment online. You can also contact any banker to enroll or choose 'First-Time User' on our website homepage.


Three Ways to use Arbor Mobile

Arbor Mobile works with virtually any mobile device. Use just one of these options or use all three - it's your choice!


Smartphone and Tablet App Banking*Arbor Mobile Devices

If you have a smartphone or tablet you can download the Arbor Mobile app to have all the benefits of the Mobile Browser at the click of a button.

Text Banking*Moblile text phone

Text banking allows users to access basic account   information such as balance and recent transactions by texting codes to Arbor Bank. No internet service is required. Once set up, just text a command to us at 31727 anytime. We'll reply with your requested information in an instant. Codes include:

  • BAL - Balance of all accounts
  • HIST + acct nickname - History of that specific account
  • HELP - Help
  • STOP - Cancel service

Mobile BrowserMobile browser phone*

If you have a phone with internet access, you can access additional features such as Billpay access and the ability to transfer funds in addition to viewing your balance and transaction history.

Arbor Mobile offers the following security safeguards:Mobile Security

  • Authentication - Mobile browser and app users are authenticated by username and password each time you log on.
  • Encryption - 128 bit incryption is used for all transactions and masks your sensitive information.
  • Inactivity - After 3-5 minutes of inactivity, your mobile session will time out. However, you should always log out after each mobile banking session.
