Simple Set-up Solutions
First verify that we have your correct e-mail addresses. From your Online Banking account, access Services and Change Info. You have the ability to enter a primary e-mail and secondary options as well.

Access Alert Messaging under the Services menu to select the type of alerts you prefer on your accounts. You may also establish times of the day in which you do not want to receive messages. To receive alerts 24/7, leave these fields blank.

To receive alerts via Text Message, enter the SMS address in the e-mail field. To view a complete list of SMS addresses, see your banker.
